Here instead of a square root we have a root of 5 which means we can take only this numbers out off the root which repeat five times(like when we take out the number repeating 2 times under a square root ).

Here, we can see that 2 is repeating 5 times hence it is taken out of the root and the remaining 2s are left under the root.

Given that the value 128 is given under 5th root..

So only a number with power as 5 can move out of the root....

For example: a value of square comes out of a square root only ..

In the above question 128 is written as 2×2×2×2×2×2×2

As i said only a number with power 5 can come out

So it is written as 2 ^5 × 2×2

Since power and root cancel out only 2×2 is left in the root

So the answer is 2 √2×2

The values in root are then multiplied to get the final result
