No religious instruction shall be provided in any educational institution , it will be completely maintained by state funds. As regarded to state-aided or state-recognied institutions, there is no permission on giving religious instruction to them. But no person can be required to take part in any religious instruction unless such person gives his permission or allow , or if he is a important to do it , permission of his guardian must be taken.
