the answer is option two.
first of all let me tell you the short trick of solving this question. whenever you get a question like this always see the base sequence of CODING STRAND. The answer will be same as that of coding strand except in place of T you have to write U.( this is because in DNA thymine is present and in rna uracil is present.) That's it you get your answer.
