by hit and trial method first, we find the factors of 16 
that are1, 2, 4, 16   plus-minus both  
there for first we are taking -4 in the equation 
(-4)³+6(-4)²+12(-4)+16
-64+96-48+16
-112+112
=0 
now our first zero is -4
that is our first factor is x+4 
now you can find next two factors by dividing x³+6X²+12x+16 by x+4 

that is x²+2x+4 now do it by splitting the middle term 
your two other factor will come by it  
that is (x+2)(x+2)(x+4)
