=> 36x^2 - 12ax + ( a + b) (a - b) = 0
=> 36x^2 - 6(a+b)x - 6(a-b)x + (a+b) (a - b) = 0
=> 6x [ 6x - (a +b)] - (a - b)[ 6x - (a+b)] = 0
=> [ 6x - (a+b)] [ 6a - (a-b)] = 0
x = (a + b) /6 and (a - b) /6
=> 36x^2 - 12ax + ( a + b) (a - b) = 0
=> 36x^2 - 6(a+b)x - 6(a-b)x + (a+b) (a - b) = 0
=> 6x [ 6x - (a +b)] - (a - b)[ 6x - (a+b)] = 0
=> [ 6x - (a+b)] [ 6a - (a-b)] = 0
x = (a + b) /6 and (a - b) /6
