question is
16x^2+4y^2+9z^2-16xy-12yz+24xz
if we want to solve than we need this formula like
(a+b+c)^2=a^2+b^2+c^2+2ab+2bc+2ca
now,
=(4x)^2+(-2y)^2+(3z)^2+2.(4x).(-2y)+2.(-2y).(3z)+2.(4z).(3z)
=(4x-2y+3z)^2
=(4x-2y+3z) (4x-2y+3z)
