25 {x}^{2}  - 10x + 1 - 36 {y}^{2} \\ (25 {x}^{2}   - 10x + 1) - 36 {y}^{2}  \\  {(5x - 1)}^{2}  - 36 {y}^{2}  \\ using \:  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b) \\ we \: get \\ (5x - 1 - 6y)(5x - 1 + 6y)

25x {}^{2}  - 10x + 1 - 36y {}^{2}

((5x ) {}^{2}   +  2(5x)( - 1) +  ( - 1) {}^{2} ) - 36y {}^{2}

(5x - 1) {}^{2}  - 36y {}^{2}

Now apply
a {}^{2}  - b {}^{2}  = (a - b)(a + b)

(5x - 1 - 6y)(5x - 1 + 6y)

Thanks
