= (2x-2y)^2-(4x+12)^2
= (2x-2y+4x+12) (2x-2y-4x-12)
=(6x-2y+12)(12-2y-2x)....answer
= (2x-2y)^2-(4x+12)^2
= (2x-2y+4x+12) (2x-2y-4x-12)
=(6x-2y+12)(12-2y-2x)....answer
