a) this is because of acidity . or the over production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach , this can be stopped by the usage of a mild base like baking soda

b) it is because the water molecules of the crystals evaporate and leave a dirty white salt residue behind . after adding water it gets back its original color.

c)The common bleaching powder is made of a combination of Calcium  oxy chloride (caocl2) . and calcium oxy chloride is used as on oxidising agent.

2. washing soda is sodium carbonate decahyclrate which when exposed to air loses 10 molecules of water and changes to white water.
3. due to the evolution of nascent oxygen it acts as an oxidising and a bleaching agent
