(6x^2 +3x)+(-4x-2)=0

3x(2x+1) -2(2x+1)= 0

now, take (2x+1) common out

so it would be

(2x+1)(3x-2)=0

it means

2x+1=0

so 2x=-1

x=-1/2

and

3x-2=0

3x=2

x=2/3

so 3rd option is correct
