yes spending billions or millions on missiles is necessary to protect country from attacks , though in india there is lack of infrastructure for defence equipments thats why billions of rupees spend on importing weapons...

It is not justified. The money that can be used for the betterment and progress of the citizens of the country as a whole should not be wasted on fighting meaningless wars. World peace must be our goal, not winning the next world war. The money would be useful if spent on improving the lives of those on the streets.
