Answer:

We can divide the rectangle into two parts.

Rectangle A will have the following measurements:

length = 4 m

breadth = 2 m

Area of Rectangle A:

A = l x b

= 4 x 2

= 8 sq.m

Rectangle B will have the following measurements:

length = 6 m

breadth = 3 m

A = l x b

= 6 x 3

= 18 sq.m

If needed the area of the full figure is Area of Rectangle A + Area of Rectangle B =

8 + 18 = 26 sq.m

Hope it helps <3
