Most humbly and respectfully I beg to state that I, Farzooque Hasan, am a student of class 5. I was unable to attend my half yearly exam of Hindi on 23rd September because I was suffering from high fever.
Therefore, I request to you kindly allow me to give exam of Hindi. I shall much be obliged for this.

and after Ur name don't use am what do u mean half yearly ? that means first term examination may be . last sentence is wrong ..make little bit correction

and write yours faithfully student and Ur name ..
