Hey There!!

The question involves two properties of Whole Numbers: Closure Property and Commutative Property

Let's see each part in detail:

1) If two whole numbers are added, then the sum is always a Whole Number.

This is the Closure Property for Addition of Whole Numbers.

We can see it by examples:
Eg. 2 + 3 = 5 [5 is a whole number]
Eg. 0+1 = 1 [1 is a whole number]

2) In whatever order two whole numbers are added, their sum always remains the same.

This is the Commutative Property for Addition of Whole Numbers. We can see this one by examples as well.

Eg. 3+7 = 10
Also, 7+3 = 10  [Sum is same]

Similarly 1+2 = 2+1

This was the Commutative Property.

Hope it helps
