We know that angle ABC is 90 as angle in semi circle
Therefore
BAC+ABC+BCA= 180
50+90+BCA= 180
BCA= 180-140
BCA= 40
We know that angle CAT = 90 ( as angle from tangent)
Therefore angle BAT= 1/2 cAT
= 1/2*90
= 45
Therefore
Second part
Angle DAB = 1/2 CAT + 1/2 CAT'
=1/2*90+BAc
= 45+50
= 95
Lastly
DCB= 2*90+ABC
DCB= 45+40
DCB= 85( answer)
