x= (3/2)^2 x (2/3)^-4
x=(3/2)^2x (3/2)^4
x= (3/2)^6
x^-1= 1/(3/2)^6
x^-2= 1/((3/2)^6)^2
x^-2= 1/(3/2)^12
x^-2= (2/3)^12
x^-2= 4096/531441
x^-2= 0.00770= 7.7x 10^-3
