Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

In the given figure, there is one Parallelogram and one Triangle.

Parallelogram :-

Base = (6 + 5) cm = 11 cm

Height = 4 cm

Area of Parallelogram = Base × Height

= 11 cm × 4 cm

= 44 cm²

Triangle :-

Base = 6 cm

Height = 4 cm

Area of triangle = 1/2 × Base × Height

= 1/2 × 6 cm × 4 cm

= 12 cm²

Now,

Area of the Shaded Region :-

= Area of Parallelogram - Area of Triangle

= 44 cm² - 12 cm²

= 32 cm² ✔

Hope it helps ✌️✌️✌️

Answer:

First find base=(6+5)=11cm

given,hieght=4cm

area of parallelogram=base×height=11×4=44cm2

area of triangle=1/2×base×height

1/2×6×4=12cm

Area of shaded region=area of parallelogram-area of triangle

44-12=32cm square
