so let the required two digit number be 10x+y

wherein digit at tens place is x and that of units ie ones place be y

so thus number obtained by reversing digits is

10y+x

so according to first condition

10x+y+10y+x=110

so 11x+11y=110

thus 11(x+y)=110

so x+y=10

ie x=10-y (1)

according to the second condition

10x+y-10=4+5(x+y)

so 10x+y=14+5x+5y

ie 5x=4y+14 (2)

substitute value of x from (1) in (2)

we get

5(10-y)=4y+14

so 50-5y=4y+14

ie 9y=36

hence y=4

substitute value of y in any of two equations

we get x=6

so our assumed two digit number=10x+y

=(10×6)+4

=60+4

=64

thus our required two digit number is 64
