Let the zeroes of the polynomial be a , b ,c and let -1/3 = a
So , a+b+c = - coefficient of x^2/ coefficient of x
-1/3+b+c=5/3
a+b=5/3+1/3
a+b = 6/3
a+b=2
Now from the options given only option 3 satisfies the above
So your answer is option 3
