First, we will find the central angles from the marks for various subjects
Central angle =
 \frac{mark \: obtained\: in \: a \: subject}{total \: marks} \times 360
The total mark=60+54+86+54+46=300

Central angle for English=
 \frac{60}{300} \times 360
=72°

Central angle for Hindi=
 \frac{54}{300} \times 360
=64.8°

Central angle for maths=
 \frac{86}{300} \times 360
=103.2°
Central angle for Social=
 \frac{54}{300} \times 360
=64.8°

Central angle for science=
 \frac{46}{300} \times 360
55.2°
Now, we draw a circle of a convenient radius and divide it into sectors of angles 72°,64.8°,103.2°,64.8° and 55.2°
