I can't explain u thoroughly by taking a pic

but consider this

take l.c.m Thu s u will get

4+√5 whole square - 4-√5whole square as numerator

and

4+√5(4-√5) as denominator

then u open brackets in numerator

as ,a square minus b square is equal to a+b (a-b)

and at denominator u reverse it

and u will get 4 square-√5 square down

thus at last u will get

16√5/11 as final anwer
