Please follow this sequence and tell me if I am wrong and correct me. I would mark your answer as the brainiest:

1. Inside a cell emf flows from negative terminal to positive terminal (higher potential to lower potential).
2. Therefore charges should flow from negative terminal to positive terminal (from higher potential to lower potential).
3. Only electrons are able to move in a cell as positive charge is at the nucleus.
4. Thus inside the cell current flows from positive terminal to negative terminal (opposite to the flow of electron).
5. Thus outside the cell the current should flow from negative terminal to positive terminal.

But we know that this is not the case. Where am I wrong?
