Let the unit's digit be x.
And the ten's digit be 7-x
Number formed by these digits
=10(7-x)+x
=70-10x+x
=70-9x
When the digits are interchanged, unit's digit becomes 7-x and ten's digit becomes x.
Then,
Number formed on interchanging the digits
=10x+(7-x)
=9x+7
It is given that new number exceeds the given number by 27.
That is,
(9x+7)-(70-9x)=27
9x+7-70+9x=27
18x-63=27
18x=27+63
18x=90
x=5

Then, Required no.= 25
