here you go ☆☆

▪inner dia. = 24 cm
(r1) = 12

▪outer dia = 28 cm
(r) = 14

▪length (h) = 35 cm

▪let's first find volume of pipe.

▪pipe is cylindrical, so volume =>

▪vol. of outer cylinder - vol. of inner cylinder

\pi {r}^{2} h \: - \: \pi {r1}^{2} h

 \frac{22}{7} \times {14}^{2} \times 35 - \frac{22}{7} \times {12}^{2} \times 35

 \frac{22}{7} \times 14 \times 14 \times 35 - \frac{22}{7} \times 144 \times 35

21,560 - 15,840 = > 5720

▪volume of pipe = 5720

mass \: of \: 1 {cm}^{3} = 0.6g \\ mass \: of \: 5720 {cm}^{3} = 0.6 \times 5720 = 3432 \: g

Given : Inner diameter of a cylindrical pipe = 24 cm.

Then, radius r = 12 cm.

Given : Outer diameter of a cylindrical pipe = 28 cm.

Then, radius R = 14 cm.

Given : length of the cylindrical pipe = 35 cm.

We know that outer volume = πR^2h

⇒ (22/7) * (14)^2 * (35)

⇒ 22 * 5 * 196

⇒ 21560 cm^3.

We know that Inner volume = πr^2h

⇒ (22/7) * (12)^2 * (35)

⇒ 22 * 5 * 144

⇒ 15840 cm^3.

So, Volume of the wooden pipe = 21560 - 15840

⇒ 5720 cm^3.

Given

⇒ Mass of 1cm^3 of wood = 0.6 g

Then, Mass of 5720 cm^3 of wood = 3432 g

⇒ 3.432 kg.

Therefore, the mass of the pipe = 3.432 kg.

Hope this helps!
