Good morning to you all. This morning my topic is "if I become the Principal".

1. If I become the Principal, the first thing I would do is have a meeting with all the teachers and non-teaching staffs. That way I can know them better and understand their problems and difficulties in their jobs.
2. Teachers are teaching the young generation to impart knowledge from text books and also build good moral character. Because of teachers our society and our country will be much better in the coming generations.
3. As the Principal I would study the financial capacity of the school and try to increase the salary of all the teachers and staffs.
4. Next I will interact with students of different classes and allow them to share what they like and what they dislike about the school. By listening to them I can make wise decisions.
5. I believe that it is wrong to give too much homeworks to the students. They should learn more in school and do less homeworks.
6. I also believe that it is wrong to let small children to carry heavy bags of books.
7. I will find ways so that they don't have to carry heavy bags because it is like forced child labour.
8. Finally, if I become the Principal I will repair and paint the school building to keep it beautiful and tidy.
9. The environment of the school will be make healthier by reducing air pollution and planting more trees and flowers.
10. I will try my best to keep the school premises free from litters and garbage.
11. I will also provide clean drinking water so that teachers and students don't have to bring their own water bottles.
