first resistance is in parllel ...so .. 1/R = 1/6+1/3
=1+2/6 =>3/6 =>1/2
our resistance is 2 ohm ..then +1 => 3 ohm
u find potential difference .... by ohm law then
u insert the formula of heating put the value ... then u get your answer
