Yes ..this statement is true very far. It is so in my opinion because nuclear preparedness leads to misuse also which makes peace on verge of vanishing. World peace is much threatened because many terrorist organisations or even countries in the blind fold of enmity find nuclear attacks an easy and domineering act.
