1) ANSWER: OPTION A

Ammonia(NH3) is a compound with one nitrogen and 3 hydrogen atoms.

2) ANSWER: OPTION C

The other three elements i.e. Neon(Ne), Argon(Ar) and Helium(He) have complete outermost shells or in other words their octet is complete with 8 electrons. But for nitrogen, it has 5 Valence electrons only. Therefore it's octet is incomplete
