Question :-

\rm = \dfrac{3  \times  {7}^{2} \times  {11}^{8}  }{21 \times  {11}^{3}}

Answer :-

\rm = \dfrac{3  \times  {7}^{2} \times  {11}^{8}  }{21 \times  {11}^{3}}

\rm =  \dfrac{3 \times 7 \times 7 \times {11}^{8} }{21 \times{11}^{3}}

\rm =  \dfrac{\cancel{21}\times 7 \times  {11}^{8} }{\cancel{21} \times 11 {}^{3} }

\rm = 7 \times \dfrac{11^8}{11^3}

\rm = 7 \times  {11}^{(8 - 3)}

\boxed{\rm 7 \times  {11}^{5}}

 = 7 \times  {11}^{5}

Solution :

 =  \frac{3 \times  {7}^{2} \times  {11}^{8}  }{21 \times  {11}^{3} }

 =  \frac{3 \times 7 \times 7 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11}{3 \times 7 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11}

Cancel the common terms,

 =  \frac{7 \times 11 \times  11 \times 11 \times 11 \times 11}{1}

 = 7 \times  {11}^{5}
