solution:

we have Sneha cut out of three pieces f 3 b 37/3 n

the total length of three piece of ribbon that is cut off by Sneha from the original ribbon

=7/3*3

=7m

and

jaanvi cutoff for peace of 9/4 m Each

the total length of 4 piece of ribbon that is cut out by jaanvi from the original ribbion

=9/3*4

=9m

now after Sneha and Janvi cut out the respective pieces of from the original ribbon the length of the ribbon left for Payal was

=20-[7+9]

=20-16

=4m
