Answer:

1) x=15, y=17. 2) y=12 and x= 15. 3)) 90

Step-by-step explanation:

1) in a parallelogram diagonals are bisect each other so OC=OA and OD =OB

so

5x-12= 2x+33

5x-2x= 33+12

3x= 45

x =45/3=15

x+15= 2y-4

15+15=2y-4

2y=30+4=34

y=34/2=17

2)PQRS is a kite

so diagonals intersect at 90 and small diagonal bisected by bigger one

POQ is right angle triangle

so by Pythagoras

13^2 =5^2+y^2

so y=12

ORQ is also a right triangle

so x^2=12^2+9^2= 144+81= 225

x=15

3) from the given info

angle DCO= 120/2=60(since opposite angles in parallelogram are equal)

and adjacent angles add up-to 180

so remaining angles are 60 and 60

so angle CDO=30

in triangle ODC

60+30+x= 180

x+90=180

x=180-90=90

x=90
