The path difference between them is (90 - 'pi')
Just convert cosine component into sine component.
y2 = a2 cos(wt - (2πx/h) + 'pi') = a2 sin[90-(wt - (2πx/h) + 'pi')]
Now,on comparing with y1, the path difference is (90- 'pi').
