So, in 3 hr he will check = 5×3
= 15 papers.

In 1 hr Meena can check 4 papers.

So, in 2 hr she will check = 4×2
= 8 papers.

Total papers checked = 15+8
= 23

% of paper checked =
(Papers checked/Total Paper) × 100

$= \frac{23}{40} \times 100 \\ = 23 \times 2.5 \\ = 57.5\%$
