Let us first balance Hydrogen.
Their are 2 hydrogen in LHS whereas 3 in RHS.
To make the hydrogen even in RHS let us place 2 in place of c.
So, their will be 4 hyrogen in RHS.
To balance it we will place 2 in LHS before H₂O.
From this information we get b = 2 and c = 2.
Now there are 2 sodium in RHS and only 1 in LHS.
To balance it we will place 2 at place of a.
And at last as there are sufficient hydrogen atoms in RHS so d = 1.
Hence, a = 2
b = 2
c = 2
and
d = 1
Option B is correct.
