One of the most religious and diverse countries in this world is nothing other than India. this country of culture and prosperity completes 70 years of its independence today, it is time to take a look at the contribution of science and technology to the national development of our state. Several scientific and technological developments have touched the lives of common people in the last seven decades, advancing India limits poverty and indeed expands prosperity.
In the past seven decades, India has built satellites and sent explorations to the moon and Mars, established nuclear power stations, acquired nuclear weapon capability and demonstrated firepower in the form of a chain of missiles. Surely these are all unusual and remarkable achievements of Indian scientists and technologists.
I would indeed say that scientific research – combined with favourable public policies has made India efficient in production of food, milk, fruits and vegetables, drugs and vaccines. All this has had great social and economic impacts and directly and indirectly touched the lives of ordinary Indians. Developments in communications and information technology have enabled timely forecast of weather and early warning of cyclones, saving thousands of lives.
These are all results of investments made in scientific research soon after the independence and science-politics network built in decades prior to that.

There are such a large number of rural regions that don't get medications and essential comforts, those zones are disregarded or are far from the government also. The youth should find a way to lift the way of life of the general population of these zones since this is what is keeping India down, non-uniform allocation of facilities and resources.
