I will supply free water. But not through subsidies, but increasing supply to a great extent.

I will build salt water desalination plants for getting enough water during summer.

I will make water harvesting compulsory. (Inspired by our local municipality, where either solar or water harvesting is necessity to get the registration of the house. It is a success.) This should start from Govt offices, then aided institutions, then domestic.

Reduce the usage of bore wells. Instead build ponds, channels, etc.

I will provide a good environment for the people living in India.

I will install smog towers all over the major polluting cities.

I will start a PSU for making electric and solar cars. This is necessary so that even the poor can buy these vehicles.

Natural cooling will be used. That is plants. Not by planting hi-fi plants everywhere, which usually destroys the biodiversity. Instead maintain the living biodiversity, because almost all species have the ability to reproduce.

This will reduce the need(actually want not need) for AC by improving the air quality. So the amount of CFC's will reduce.

Make a separate drainage system for various toxic chemicals in the industrial areas and SE Zs.

All effluents will be converted to their useful forms. We know that nothing is useless. It needs to be converted to the right form.

Reduce coal mining and thermal energy production . (Note coal will surely become costlier in future).

I will provide you free electricity. Again not subsidy but very high production compared to demand.

Using ocean thermal and tidal energy to generate electricity near the coastal regions.

Build windmills at regions away from birds migratory path.

Set up solar panels in all possible places.

Set up concentrated solar tower.

Try to bring new technology to capture electricity from thunder and store it.

HOPE THIS ANSWER IS HELPFUL!!!!!!!

Answer: If I become the prime minister of lndia , ok take it seriously.

The first thing l would like to do will be the betterment of our Education System. I feel education is the most important and fundamental need of a citizen of a country

Explanation:Education has a direct impact on the development of a country. There are so many children in lndia who do not go to school due to lack of money or awareness in the people. Primary education is the fundamental right of a citizen. But without skill development it will be wasted. So the idea is to provide the education in such a manner that it develops skill in the students and must be provided in an interesting way. Education should not be forced to them. Make the society aware to the profits of education and it's importance.

I will try to remove the marks based education system. All the developed countries in the world like Japan, USA do not implies marks based education system. Due to this, students study just for getting marks not for grasping knowledge. Eligibility criteria should be knowledge, not marks. Study for excellence should be our aim. And for this purpose we have to accept our old Gurukul Shiksha Pranali.

When Lord Mackaley came to lndia the first time, he visited many places in lndia and submitted the report to the Governor. He said that if we want to rule this country for the next 100 years, we have to ruin their education system ( Gurukul) completely and there were about 7 lak gurukuls that time. So u can understand how much strong education system we had.

2. Poverty- almost 40 to 50% of indians are below poverty line. There is large amount of people who sleep hungry in night. In the 70 years of Independence, rich became richer and poor became poorer. It is a black spot on our nation. Right to food should be a fundamental right. No citizen should die from hunger. We are neither backward in resources nor in food grains, it is just our carelessness and corruption that every year tons of grains, vegetables and food items get wasted in the warehouses. During the independence of lndia, we were well accomplished.

Many teenagers walk on streets as beggars, they have no money to eat even once in a day. They do not go to school and remain poor their whole life and in the same way their next generations will live their lives.

There are many more factors like economy, health etc but l think they are dependent on these two. If we overcome these two problems, our country will again become Vishwaguru
