 \frac{2x - 3}{5x - 4}  =  \frac{2x + 1}{5x  + 20}  \\ 10 {x}^{2} + 40x - 15x  -  60 = 10 {x}^{2}   + 5x - 8x  4  = 0\\   10{x}^{2}  + 25x  -  60 - 10 {x}^{2}  + 3x  +  4  = \\ 28x  - 56 = 0 \\ 28x = 56 \\ x =  \frac{56}{28} \\ x = 2
