let the length be 3x and breadth be 2x

so,

$2(a + b) = perimeter$

$length = 105 - 2(3) = 99 \: m$

$breadth = 70 - 2(3) = 64 \: m$

now,

$ar(path)= ar(big \: rectange)- ar(small \: rectangle)$

$= 105 \times 70 - (99 \times 64)$

cost of raving

=Rs. 105/m^2

so,

$total \: cost \: = total \: area \times cost \: per \: {m}^{2}$

$= 1014 \times 105$
