( \frac{5}{2}  -  \frac{4}{3} ) = ( \frac{15 - 12}{6} ) \\  \\  =  \frac{3}{6}  \\  \\ now \: substract \\  \\   \frac{3}{6}  - ( \frac{ - 3}{8} ) \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{3}{8}  \\  \\  =  \frac{4 + 3}{8}  \\  \\  =  \frac{11}{8}  \: ans
