3. On boiling water, it changes its state to gas. It is a chemical change because the gas can be condensed to get liquid back. The chemical composition of water vapour ia same as liquid water.

4. Adding sugar to water is a physical change because it just get dissolved. No new substance is formes. They can be seperated by evaporation.
But adding slaked lime to water is chemical change as new substance is formed.

5. The cake mixture contains bakibg soda which on heating release carbon di oxide which make cake to rise and become fluffy
