The examples are as follows:-

• When we insert pieces of ice in a cold drink,the ice absorbs the heat of the cold drink and it melts thereby releasing the specific latent heat of fusion.Thus the cold drink cools.
• When we pour sugar in tea,the sugar melts and absorbs heat from the tea.This way the tea cools faster.
• The peaks of mountain are very cold due to their altitude.They transfer and absorb heat from the surroundings thereby melting.
• The ice of the frozen lakes in cold countries melt and hence absorbs large amount of heat from the surroundings .Thus the surroundings cool.

These were few examples of heat transfer in our daily life.
