b = 50° ( Vertically opposite angles )

In given ∆,

a + b + 60° = 180° ( Angle Sum Property )

a + 50° + 60° = 180°

a + 110° = 180°

a = 180° - 110°

a = 70°

a + 80° = 180° ( Linear Pair )

a = 180° - 80°

a = 100°

In given ∆,

a + b + 35° = 180° ( Angle Sum Property )

100° + b + 35° = 180°

b + 135° = 180°

b = 180° - 135°

b = 45°
