Al  = 13 = 2 , 8 , 1

According to me Aluminium is most electro+ve element because it just need to loose 1 atm for being stable !

as we move from left to right in a periodic table the electro positive character increase.and we move down the group the electropositive character increase.

So, most electropositive element among them is Al .
