Answer:

We have,

The area of a triangle = 50 cm^2cm2 and  the altitude of a triangle(h) = 8 cm

To find, the base of length of a triangle(b) = ?

We know that,

The area of a triangle = \dfrac{1}{2}21 × b × h

⇒ \dfrac{1}{2}21 × b × 8 = 50

⇒ b × 4 = 50

⇒ b=\frac{50}{4} cmb=450cm

⇒ b = 12.5 cm

∴ The base of length of a triangle(b) = 12.5 cm

Hence, the base of length of a triangle(b) is 12.5 cm.
