angle DEC = angle CAB ( cointerior angles)

angle DEC = 35°

to find angle DCE

angle(CDE+DCE+DEC) = 180° ( angle sum property)

53+angle C+ 35 = 180°

angle DCE = 180-88

angle DCE = 92°

Answer:

angle BAC = Angle CED (Alternate angle theorem).

  • Angle CDE + Angle CED + Angle DCE = 180°(Angle sum property of triangle)

53° + 35° + Angle DCE = 180°

  • 88° + Angle DCE = 180°

  • Angle DCE = 180° - 88°

  • Angle DCE = 92°
