Volume of cylindrical tin:

Height= h= 20cm

Radius = r = 7/2 cm

Volume = \pi \: r {}^{2} h

= 22/7 × 7/2 × 7/2 × 20

= 770 cm {}^{3}

Volume of cuboidal tin:

Volume = l×b×h

= 90×5×2

=900 cm {}^{3}

Thus, the volume of the cuboidal tin is more than the cylindrical tin by (900-770) i.e. 130cm {}^{3}
