Let the first and the fourth term be x and 7x respectively.
And the second and the third term be 3x and 5 x respectively.

So, 7:15 = x * 7x / 3x * 15x
x + 7x + 3x + 15x = 32 [as 32 is divided into 4 parts]  
26x = 32
x = 32/26
x = 1.23 

So, x = 1.23
     7x = 7*1.23 = 8.61
     3x = 3*1.23 = 3.69
     5x = 5*1.23 = 6.15

∴ 32 is divided into 1.23, 8.61, 3.69 and 6.15.
