this story Wanda Petronski is a poor girl who lives in Boggins Heights . she is always teased by her classmates specially two girls Peggy and Medaline . These girls always ask a same question from Wanda i.e." How many dresses do you have ?" And the answer given by Wanda was very intresting , she used to say that I have 100 dresses in my closet .As she used to were a blue fade dress which was not even ironed properly. And after sometime it became a game for the other girls. Then a drawing competition was conducted in the class and Wanda submitted 100 dresses which were drawn by her own.All the dresses were beautiful and bright and the 1st prize was given to her but in the end before taking the prize she left the place .
