Reaching the age of Adolescents
✮Adolescence:- It is the period of 11-19 years of age during which the body undergoes different changes, leading to reproductive maturity.
✮Puberty:- The in which human body undergoes several changes and boys and gírls show their capacity to reproduce.

✮Menopause:- At 45 to 50 years of age the menstrual cycle stops. Stoppage of menstruation is called Menopause.
✮Pituitary Gland:- It is the gland that secretes hormones which include growth hormone and hormones that stimulates other glands such as the testes, ovaries, thyroids and adrenals, to secrete hormones. It is also called as master gland.
✮Adrenaline:- It is the hormone secreted by Adrenal glands that helps the Dody to adjust to stress, when one is very hungry, embarrassed or worried. It is also called emergency hormone.
