The Faraway Tree by Enid Blyton is a story about 3 kids who move to the countryside and find an ancient wood known as the Enchanted Wood. In the centre of the wood was the world's tallest tree known as the Faraway Tree. What made it magical was that the top of the tree touched the clouds and there was always a different land at the top of the tree. The kids meet Moon Face and Silky the fairy. They also get to ride down the slippery slip! Sn excitement no adventure begins here !!
